We will arrange a guide who speaks Korean or Japanese for your tour. If a
guide becomes available, you will be notified via e-mail directly from the
guide. Please try to respond to the guide within two days; otherwise, the
guide may be assigned to another guest.
한국어나 일본어가 가능한 가이드를 배정해드리겠습니다.
가이드가 배정되면 가이드한테서 직접 메일로 통보받으실 겁니다.
가이드에게 이틀 안에 답장을 보내세요.
안 그러면 그 가이드가 다른 손님에게 배정될 수 있습니다.
Please do not cancel at the last minute, especially after a guide was
arranged. Also, please be prepared to pay the expenses of the guide, such
as admission fees, restaurant meals, transportation fees, etc (no charge
for the guide service, and no tips are necessary).
나중에 (특히 가이드 배정 이후) 취소하지 않도록 해주세요.
그리고 입장료, 식사비용, 이동경비 등 가이드의 경비를 지불할 수 있도록 준비해 주세요.
(가이드 서비스에 대한 비용은 없고, 팁도 필요 없습니다.)
Finally, please understand that sometimes we get very busy and run out of
available guides. If you do not hear from our guide two days before your
tour, there may not be any guides available for your tour.
마지막으로 가끔 저희가 매우 바빠서 가용한 가이드가 소진될 때도 있다는 점을 이해해 주세요.
여행 이틀 전까지 가이드한테서 연락이 없으면 당신 여행을 도와줄 가이드가 없는 겁니다.
